One suitcase or travel bag per passenger is included in the ferry ticket, but not with day tickets; one item of hand luggage up to 55 x 45 x 25 cm always comes on board with you. Extra pieces and bicycles are booked at the luggage counter, where payment is by card only. Conventional bicycles and pedelecs up to 25 km/h are carried, packed and ready for transport. On the island your luggage travels by ship and island railway to the island station, so note the number of your luggage wagon; a luggage service will bring it to your accommodation on request.
Without a car: take the train to Esens, where the local bus runs straight to the harbour, timed to the sailings. From Norden you can also reach Bensersiel by bus or taxi, and long-distance coaches stop in Esens or directly in the harbour village.

Langeoog is car-free. Your vehicle stays in Bensersiel: several operators rent parking spaces and garages close to the ferry jetty, on the street Am Hafen and on Hauptstraße, two of them with EV charging; if you park in Esens, take the bus to the jetty. On the island the island railway covers the way from the harbour into the village - the ride is included in the ferry ticket and timed to meet the ships.
